Kylie Jenner Named Forbes' Youngest 'Self-made' Billionaire For Second Year In A Row

22 year old reality star Kylie Jenner for the second time in a row clinched the crown as the world's youngest self-made billionaire with a net worth of $1 billion according to Forbes.

The publication which released the annual World’s Billionaires list on Tuesday say her success comes from her cosmetics brand - Kylie Cosmetics which she did not inherit and built herself.

Recall Kylie iignited controversy last year when she first made it onto the billionaires list in March 2019, but now she's sealed it owing to her decision November last year agreeing to sell 51% of her Kylie Cosmetics to beauty giant Coty Inc. for a whooping $600 million.

The deal, which closed in January, values her business at around $1.2 billion. Cash from the sale combined with her remaining 49% share of the company make Jenner one of just 2,095 people in the world with a ten-digit fortune, according to Forbes.
