If you fancy giving your closet an eighties vibe like the Lose You To Love Me singer, then go for some draped metal earrings. But make sure they're not heavy so that they're comfortable to wear on a daily basis.

These silver metallic ones by Paco Rabanne are pretty similar to Selena's. Matches Fashion ($245).

7 Dupes Of Kate Middleton's Gold Leaf Earrings To Buy Now - Bustle

Posted: 15 Apr 2020 09:19 AM PDT

As if we all couldn't love Kate Middleton and Prince William even more, today they shared an Instagram post which showed them chatting to the kids of keyworkers via video call. The pair joyfully talked to the children, making sure they were keeping busy at school and thanking them for their parents' contributions. For the videos, Kate (as usual) wore a covetable get-up, including a mustard top and gold drop earrings. Here's how to buy Kate's fern earrings that she wore in the video, along with a few other affordable dupes.

The earrings in question are by London jewellery brand Catherine Zoraida, which Kate has been a fan of for a while. They're actually still available now online, and cost £165, which is pretty fairly priced for royal attire. The beautiful earrings are made from 18ct gold plated silver, and are also sold in silver if that's more your vibe.

As mentioned, The Duchess of Cambridge paired hers with a mustard jumper for this occasion, as well as a sophisticated half-up, half-down hairstyle which showed off her fresh, natural makeup. Her 'do also let the gold fern earrings do the talking, as they were very much in view.

This actually isn't the first time Kate has worn these Zoraida earrings; she sported them earlier this year on a trip to Scotland. She wore them with a flattering pale blue roll neck sweater, and later put on a khaki jacket when she ventured outside.

As well as Catherine Zoraida, The Duchess is also a fan of other high street jewellery brands such as Monica Vinader, whose green drop earrings she is often spotted in.

If you'd like to steal her style and sport a pair of leaf earrings, there are more affordable options around, and for when her exact pair sell out eventually (which is bound to happen now!). Here are some great options:

Meet Kirstie Le Marque For Those Who Love Vintage-Inspired Diamond Jewelry - Forbes

Posted: 17 Apr 2020 01:19 PM PDT

Vintage-inspired with an oh-so-easy rock 'n' roll vibe, say a big howdy to London-based jewelry label Kirstie Le Marque.

The collection is full of gorgeous romantic pieces that you'll long for. Wear them in the day, wear them at night, pieces are designed to be loved always. Cue the classic diamond wings and lightening bolts in the form of pendants and earrings. Then there's the diamond-studded enamel necklaces, super sweet star studs and wait for it, chunky chain charm bracelets.

So gorgeous in fact that the glam girls of today are seen wearing the KLM pieces from Dua Lipa to Jodie Comer, so what are you waiting for? Shop the pieces now.

Felicity Carter: What was your first memory of jewelry?

Kirstie Beecroft: My first memories are as a small child I would thread huge wooden beads in a rainbow of colours onto lengths of wool and make my own necklaces and bracelets. I would wear the whole lot giving a new meaning to stacking and layering.

Claire Le Marquand: My first jewellery memories are of my mother's overflowing jewellery box, cascading with big, colourful costume jewellery all mixed in with more delicate, fine jewellery and sentimental pieces. I used to love watching her get dressed to go out for dinners and the process of getting ready from makeup, to scent, and finally jewellery, I loved how the final touches pulled everything together and how jewellery seemed to make everything feel glamorous.

FC: How, when, why did you get into the industry?

KLM: A meeting of our magpie tendencies and creative minds in late 2017, via a mutual friend, meant we found ourselves talking for hours about vintage jewellery and dogs. It was so much fun and so inspiring, we just decided to go for it, our vision was the same and we wanted to bring the idea of treasured pieces into the marketplace at a price point that we felt was relevant to our lives.

FC: How would you sum up the aesthetic?

KLM: Modern-day heirlooms with a cool mixed-metal edge and pavé diamond sparkles. Every piece is designed to be worn everyday and yet treasured forever.

FC: What does each of you bring to the label?

KLM: We are both creative directors of the brand, Kirstie leans more towards the final design and Claire's loves the marketing and social side of things. Kirstie has a more bohemian edge and Claire loves anything shiny, so together we create the perfect KLM balance!

FC: What is luxury to you?

KLM: As we write this in the time of the Covid-19 lockdown we would both agree that luxury to us is an early morning dog walk, or someone else cooking dinner! To be honest our health is our wealth right now, but we have been humbled by how people still need the little luxuries of our jewellery to help lift their spirits in these strange times.

FC: Who is your customer?

KLM: It's hard to pin her down! We seem to appeal to a broad age-range - the KLM woman definitely has a creative mind and an eye for design. She is cool yet feminine and knows what she likes!

FC: What are the cornerstones of your company?

KLM: Timeless, accessible diamond jewellery!

With every single piece that we design we are continually going back to basics and asking ourselves how would we wear this piece? Does it make us feel special? Is it at an inclusive price point? Is it a piece that can be worn time and time again, whatever is in fashion and whatever the season? We pride ourselves on great customer care and once people find us, they come back for more. The idea that women are creating their own Kirstie Le Marque collections is what we set out to achieve.

FC: Tell us about the process…

KLM: Once we have a new design, we then work with our wonderful family-run workshop in Jaipur where all our diamond pieces are hand-crafted. Everything is then assembled and finished here in London. We are constantly looking at sustainability in all aspects of our business and are finding that this area is so important from the making of our jewellery to how we get it to our customer.

FC: Currently, which are your favourite pieces and how do you wear them?

KB: My favourite pieces are the St Christopher necklace which I usually layer with the classic Chunky Star or the new Flower coin. In my ears are always the huggie hoops with little diamond triangle charms, stacked with the black diamond huggie hoops.

CLM: I love to layer up my wrist with the KLM charm bracelet, fan bracelet and double-sided heart bracelets, often with a pop of colour in the form of ruby beads. Around my neck you'll find the tassel necklace, one of our Chunky Locks and usually the tiny star necklace on a fine chain. I also love the Compass necklace from our collection with Angie Smith. The Bar Hoop earrings are my all time favourite… more is more!

FC: Where can we buy?

KLM: Everything is online at kirstielemarque.com and we ship worldwide. We also have a capsule collection available online with goop.com and in all their store.

See more on the Kirstie Le Marque website.
